At Cascade Pacific Woodworks, we're equipped with an AVID large format 4-axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine.
It is large enough to work on 5x10 workpiece, or carve intricate three dimensional designs all to an accuracy of 0.0005". Our CNC also has a rotary axis and an integrated 15 Watt blue diode laser.
From intricate carving to precise joinery, the CNC workshop is a realm where design dreams materialize with unparalleled accuracy. Custom woodworking takes on a new dimension as the CNC router effortlessly carves out ornate patterns and innovative, precise-fitting joinery, such as waterfall joints, dutchman, and bowties.
Our CNC capabilities also include production work such as part fabrication for a variety of assembled products.
